Sljeme

Sljeme is a traditional brand of Zagreb and its surroundings, whose production began at the end of the 19th century. Today, products under the Sljeme brand are produced according to old traditional recipes. The main products for which the brand has always been known and dominant in northwestern Croatia are the famous Round Ham, Pizza Ham, Coppa, Čajna Sausage and Čajna Pate in a wrapper, which have had their fans for many years.
